What is exactly the difference between Voluum and Decisive tracking?

Hi

I'm doing a campaign right now and i'm sending traffic from Decisive and the tracking through Voluum. In the end of the day i see that variables like device, os etc are the same between decisive and Voluum. So in this case why should i use voluum for tracking if the information is the same between the two? I can make changes in campaign based only on decisive tracking data without having need to see this same information in voluum. In this case why should i use voluum tracking? To confirm the decisive data? To confirm that decisive is not cheating on me? Or there are more optimizations that i can do to my campaign based on voluum? Right now (i am newbie level) i use voluum only to analyse landing page ctr etc.

If you start to use landing pages to promote offers you need Voluum. Until you do direct linking you keep going with Decisive only.
BTW in Voluum you can also add rules for visitors coming from wrong GEOs

Hi Dario thank you.

I also have a problem with Voluum. Voluum shows 2 conversions for today and decisive shows 7 conversions. When i go to ''yesterday'' the voluum shows the other conversions so i changed the timezone. When i changed the timezone on voluum to match that of my pc it keeps showing 2 conversions. So i guess i have to wait for new conversions to have conversions ''synchronized'' between decisive and voluum or not?

You can also split test LPs and offers in Voluum.

And once you get more advanced you can drill into the data and look at multiple dimensions at the same time and really dive in, since decisive only let's you see one dimension at a time (e.g. you can only see a report by carrier OR device. With Voluum you can drill into combinations and see how a specific device performs on a specific carrier).
