What is this XML error in Voluum?

Hello people!

Time to get going after the STM London!

I was wondering why is it that I'm getting hundreds of clicks to my lander, yet NO ONE clicks to the offer. Well, the answer was soon provided:

So, in my button I have the mydomain.com/click thingy, but can someone help me why I keep on seeing this error? I see it even I just paste it into my browser and hit go.

Thanks you!

Oh yeah!

Could this be a hosting issue? I'm hosting my sites in Amazon S3.

Then again, this campaign WAS working earlier when linking to another landers.

This has nothing to do with Voluum. You need to check your file permissions on S3 for this lander.

Kaltera, are you sure? I have some landers where the click url is the old one (xxxxx.voluumtrack.com/click) and that one is working as it should. It's with this new click url that I'm having problems with.

Yep, I just thoroughly tested this, and the problem seems to be with the new click url. With the old one, everything is working fine.

Could Voluum be having some issues? I noticed they had some server things going on, so maybe that one affects this one as well?

Regardless, I'll be using the old click url until I figure out how to solve this. At least I get to continue running my campaigns now

For anyone else struggling with this, the solution was pretty simple.

The reason I got this error is that I'm still on the N00b plan. That means that I can't use a custom tracking domain, so obviously mydomain.com/click wouldn't work!

They said the voluumtrk.com domain might be somewhat flagged, but that's all I can do for right now. Hopefully I get to move into the Pro plan as soon as possible.

Other than this, Voluum seems very good
