Hi guys, do u know any ppv or domain redirect traffic which allows to target specific videos and actually has a descent ammount of traffic?

Well do you mean pull traffic from a specific video? Answer not that easy. Easiest way try to advertise on that video through Google to get a decent amount of traffic but PPV would only be triggered by adware. While a domain redirect would not work on YouTube anyway.
Or send it to a specific video. Answer: I would guess all of them. If you can give them the specific YouTube Url no problem. They all have decent traffic especially in the YouTube department
