Arriving to late to London Meetup

Question:

My plane lands at around 7 PM, so I think the earliest time I'll arive at the meetup is around 8 - 9 PM, how can I still get my "pass" for all the other activities?

If you PM me your details, i will try to get your pass and give it to you when you arrive. I stay in the Quarters Club, so it should be no problem for you to pick it up.

No worries, registration will be on night 1 until about 9:30pm and there will be 1 registration desk left on day 2 as well!

Can I just show up at the Voluum brunch in the morning WITH ONLY THE STM RED lanyard pass? Maybe some people will be too hung over to go and I can take their spot instead? LOL. Suggestions?

Bad idea, the security staff are instructed to require both so you'd only get in with one of us coming out to override, and it's a bit much to keep a running tally of entrants + we can't know who has dropped out.

Hi,
Same problem.
I arrived late last night and was not able to pick up my badge.
This morning the desk is closed. I came specifically for the brunch from abroad !
Stackman, can you please advise how to retrieve my badge, I'm at the bar of the hotel.
If more affiliates are in the same situation, we can meet at the bar of the Quarter Club hotel...

I just checked in my hotel, my friends that are at the zoo now have no idea how I can get mine Haha fuck it, we will all manage to get in. Please let us know!
