Campaign link from Voluum shows a 414 error in the browser---what?? (3)

Well, here's one for you Voluum experts. I don't know what else to try.

I've run several campaigns using landers with Voluum. I'm very impressed. However, for the last 2 campaigns I've set up for different offers, using the same traffic source as before, then when I go to test my link I get a 414 error:

"Request-URI Too Large

The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server."

Note that these 2 URL are the same length.

I called Rackspace, where I have my CDN. They said they could do nothing since the URLs on which the pages reside pull up the landing page as they should.

I would start with fixing my tokens. You have 3 random spaces that will mess up the token replacement at the very least. {{{catego ry}}}, {{{ os_version}}}, {{{ad_id} }}

Hey thank you dwel999, and very good catching these spaces but taking them out didn't help..... the reason for the problem was that in Voluum I'd put my lander URL without a www --- the CNAME at my registrar points to the 'www' version.

Embarrassed it took me so long to find such a simple thing but in checking everything I could think of to fix this I actually learned a few other things!
