Hey guys, does anyone have tips for speeding up banner production in Photoshop? I'm finding that it takes up a lot of time to make a large variant of them and also resizing them properly, especially if there's animation involved.
You can not automate all. You need to resize some pics so they fit into the creative. But if you have everything ready you can use adobe script (or the batch feature) to automate photoshop completely, it is really magic and it produces 100 variations with different texts and images in about 5 minutes for me.
Go to File > Scripts > Image processor . You can select there the resize info and also run some actions for multiple images.

Layers and the export layer comps script are also your friend for this stuff.
