To access better inventory, I want to take my average bid and add 30% on top of it (flat CPM). (Still not sure I access the better inventory on Decisive tho, but i want to see what converts that way).
But still, fist I need to know 'my average bid'.
Imagine: I put up a seperate campaign for at IOS, WIFI. What should be my average bid? (or high bid?).
As you can see, the prices vary much.
