Hello fellow stackers. I need help picking up a telemarketing company to outsource my live person inbound marketing or outbound telemarketing tasks to. I have a SEO/SMO for local and national business in US. I don't have an army of sales people, its just me and my developer. I want to start marketing campaigns and drive traffic to either my web site for email lists or also phone calls to call center. Idea is I get the leads and then the call center deals with them on phone to close the lead into a monthly paying client. I would prefer to partner with a performance based model for telemarketing if possible, meaning they close a lead then they get paid for it, rather than just paid per minute. Also I would like to get recording of all the inbound or outbound calls so I can learn from the client's questions or requests on the call to better my product. Any idea where to start looking for this kind of setup? thanks,
