Tracking problem with Voluum and Decisive.

Keep in mind that this is my first campaign so I am not very sure what I am doing lol. I am currently following the mobile Appetizer method and in the tutorial F5 Media is linked with Decisive to track conversions. I also decided to set up Voluum to track this campaign. I thought I set up both Voluum and Decisive correctly because they both have been tracking clicks and visits. But yesterday I logged into F5 Media and seen that I had a conversion(yay!), but the conversion was not tracked by Decisive nor Voluum. So I am not sure where I went wrong. Any ideas where I should look first? Because I am currently clueless. Any help is appreciated.

Check your postback settings in F5. If F5 has registered a conversion but Voluum hasn't, that's the problem. You should have Voluum's postback set there.

Also, check that you're viewing F5 and Voluum stats over the same time period - it's very easy to accidentally view the wrong time period and get confused!

This is what I have in the Postback URL box in F5:

http://mgdby.voluumtrk.com/postback?...&txid=OPTIONAL

Is there something I should put in place of the "REPLACE" and "OPTIONAL" part? I am thinking that is where I went wrong.

Also what is the Pixel HTML box for in the F5 settings? Because right now that is where I put the URL from Decisive but I am not sure if I am doing that correctly or not. Sorry if all these questions sound noobish!

Yes, you should replace it properly with the correct token.

Hey thanks for the quick reply. If i set it up correctly would the one conversion that I got the other day show up? Or would I have to wait for the next conversion I get to see if I set it up correctly?

^ no. You will need to upload the past conversion manually. (in Voluum go to settings and choose conversion upload)

The future one though, should show up if you set it up correctly.
