How long to wait? $15 spend?

I am currently following the Appetizer and I was wondering how long I should wait until each of my campaigns hit $15 dollar spend? I have been running them for 4 days now and have barely spent $3 across all four campaigns. I am guessing my banners and ad copy is really horrible that is why nobody is clicking. At this rate it looks to be a whole month of waiting until I spend $15 on each campaign. Any advice is appreciated.

Could you provide more info on the bidding your currently doing? which country your targeting? etc.

Well according to the Appetizer method, it says to choose "Smart CPM" so that is what I did. The country I am targeting is the UK. Just let me know any other info you need from me because I need all the help I can get lol.

Ah, right - this is not a problem with your banners. You're charged CPM (Cost Per Mille - cost per thousand views) on your banners, so if it was just a banner problem you'd still be seeing spend, just no clicks or conversions.

What's your Smart CPM goal currently set to? I'd push that up a bit and see if the traffic starts rolling in. Alternatively, switch to flat CPM and start incrementing the bid up until you see traffic.

Hi Caurmen. I have the same problem too. I switched to flat cpm 0.33 bid in a 0.13 bid country and still winning 10-13% off traffic on decisive. I set the daily spend to $10. Maybe I should increase it to $20?

Yep, try that. Also, try increasing the bid more - the planner isn't very accurate on bids sometimes.

My Smart CPM goal is currently set to $0.24 because my offer's payout is only $0.16, what is a good amount to push it up to? Also should I still keep the daily limit at $8.00 or increase that too?

I increased the flat cpm from 0.33 to 0.44 and now I'm getting more than 30% off traffic. If you want to get some data fast go to manual cpm and set it to 0.40 and increase the limit from $8 to $15
