Two part question
1) I remember seeing this in Qwaya or somethbing... but it's missing in PE. I can't seem to find it. Anyone know?
2) Do you suggest splitting up carrier vs. wifi for FB campaigns? I imagine this might be the case for app CPI offers where the download can be quite significant, especially in T2 & T3 countries where the carrier speeds are low
A lot of functionalities that PMDs (eg Qwaya or Brand Network etc) have are actually not available via PE, so if you see something that's missing chances are that it's just not built into PE.
