Yes, they're either same day or may as well be.
Neither looks like they've lost any weight or gained any tone - just in the first pics they are both slouching badly, relaxing their midriffs, standing square on to the camera, and wearing fat people's cloths.
In the second pic they're both tanned, made up, posing at an angle, wearing tight sporty clothes, pulling their guts in and tensing a bit.

This isn't a diet or exercise regime - it's a case of dress better and stand up straight to look healthier!

You guys are right on the money (unsurprisingly).....yeah 2 hours.

Different posture, camera angle, bit of toning exercise, clothes and some fake bake work wonders.

There are too many different variables in the pictures to say. Reading further I see that it was only 2 hours, nice.
