Just started using Sitescout and set up several campaigns. Have 2.5$ average bid for Europe and Turkey but no or very few impressions. What's wrong? Any advice?

What placements / exchanges are you bidding on, or are you going RON?
I use Run on Selected Exchanges - and choose the majority of exchanges except 5-6 networks. Should I change anything?
Assuming your other targeting isn't too deep it's probably just because your ads wont have been approved on the exchanges yet, can take a few days. Make sure you set a campaign budget because when they do go live you can blow through funds pretty quick.
No, managers say it's because of freq 1 unique/24 they say it's better 3/12... What do you use?

Are you just getting limited impressions from a few placements? This can happen on Sitescout because during approval they tag your creative with descriptors, some of which, for example "misleading" or "gambling", stop the ad from running on most pubs even though it's showing as approved.
