Does anyone know of a pop-up/redirect/pop-under source that actually has some decent volume for Slovakia? Looking to run an AV campaign
Not sure there is one source with 'decent' volume in Slovakia. I think your best bet would be to launch all sources you can, and they combined could become a spend of a few hundred dollars! Even adwords doesnt have enough volume in a small geo like that to spend even 1k/day afaik. Go launch all adult pop sources and all the non adult ones too & consider running banners as well is my tip.
