Voluum Decisive postback sending error (10)

I have one conversion showing up on Voluum but not in Decisive...

are conversions being fired correctly both in Voluum and decisive usually? or this is the first conversion and you haven't managed to sort things out yet?

This is my first conversion. I clicked the link with my android device and installed the app just for testing. The conversion is showing up in Voluum but i get that error.

In decisive i have only clicks and not conversions

So you successfully added the Voluum postback at affiliate network if I understood your setup.
What's missing now is the postback toward the traffic source. For Decisive the right URL usually is something like
http://win.crwd.io/convert/050dvnwpn3px20000gwz01wf9ti (no spaces or brackets)
You need to find where's the issue then

The click didn't originate from Decisive, so all the macros stayed the same. Decisive doesn't know about this click.
Unless you found your ad on one of the placements from Decisive, everything works as expected.

I didn't read he clicked his own link.
Archieaff is right, unless you clicked your own banner from a Decisive placement you won't see that conversion at traffic-source level

How can i synchronize Voluum and decisive time zone? I can't find it on Decisive!!!


Ah ok i readed this:

The stats timezone for Decisive is the time your computer is set to display.


For any other newbie you can change the time zone to Voluum here

When i change the cost from 0.1 to 0.10 on Voluum the campaign keeps showing the cost 0.1. How can i change it?
