Underage, Living with parents, low budget - What should I do?

The title says it all. I need a plan to make a decent amount of money with low budget. $500/m would be amazing.

Yea, I'm 16 yo have a bank account and debit card. Already spent $130 for domain and hosting.

$130 for domain and hosting? That's too expensive, a domain goes for about $9 and hosting about $15-$20 for a decent VPS.
and it doesn't look like that book will teach you anything to be honest.

I give you credit in atleast having interest to making money online, most 16 year olds are either brainwashed in video games or spending alot of time in the bathroom. lol anyway i would recomend you start with mobile, here is a great guide to get started, take small steps make sure you know all the basics and fundamentals, dont get ahead of yourself.
