Starting out with a $3k - $4k budget, need suggestions (4)

Hi guys,
I'm new here and I'm so glad I finally decided to stop lurking around on free blackhat communities and get into STM. I'm sure its gonna be one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

So I've gone through the basic CPA guides here, the one for POF and the one for Mobile (The Appetizer). I've got a VPS with propser setup and been talking to Luke (Peerfly) for offer suggestions as I'm only into Peerfly for now, although I've also applied for F5 media. And going through the process of answering questions.

Anyways, I got a budget of $4k or so to spend and I want to make sure I make every penny count. Thinking of doing the POF guide and Mobile Appetizer approach at the same time. What do you guys think its a good way of moving forward or should I change something?

I'm currently employed with a salary of $1k and make around $1.5 - $2k per month from affiliate marketing (free traffic for Amazon Associates).
So I need to be very very careful with what I spend and where and make sure it is spent well and gives some kind of a return.

So all suggestions are welcome.

P.S: I got some experience with basic SEO and Internet Marketing in General (been testing things for 2 years but only free traffic)

I'd say choose one between Decisive and POF and focus on that.
It's barely a good budget but for one source.
