Firefox and Chrome crashing on BlueStacks :( (1)

Firefox and Chrome crashing on BlueStacks :(

I'd like to test my landing pages on Android emulator BlueStacks . I've installed Chrome and Firefox but both of them won't run and end up with an error message "Unfortunately, Chrome has stopped" or "Unfortunately, Firefox has stopped". Why? Is it working for anyone?
