Ask about website to securely exchange money

Hi All,

Just wanna ask you about websites name that usually used for securely exchange money online among user...

For example: i want to exchange my payoneer balance with someone who had Paypal balance or vice versa...

Just add your Payoneer card to PayPal account and it will act as normal Mastercard. You will be able to send and receive money.

Is their possible to exchange money from different portal?? let say i have balance in my payoneer, but i want to exchange my balance to neteller etc...
is that possible??

I dont think there is a portal to exchange across platforms. Well not one that I'd put money into anyway.

Why can't you follow aleksander's advice? Are you blocked from paypal in indo or you have you got some deal worked out with the user on another platform?
