About to Start with my first Affiliate Campaign - Few quick questions (5)

I got approved by a network and my affiliate manager helped me choose the offer

It's a Skin offer and so he suggested I use cloaking so as not to get banned from FB.

My questions:

1. Is there a tutorial on how to set up cloaking for FB?
2. I'll be using FB - there are a lot of different SaaS tools for A) Tracking Results and B) Setting up campaigns, or maybe they do both - which one is recommended
3. For a Skin Offer, what would work best - A testimonial page used as a pre-sell page (or other type of page)? Should I work on capturing leads and then sending them to an offer?
4. There are a few different spy tools for FB, what do you guys recommend?

If your first campaign ever is to cloak facebook you gonna have a bad time.
I suggest you first go with a whitehat campaign to get a feel for facebook.
Even though you are cloaking you will lose your account within days as facebook has gotten harder and harder to cloak.

It's a skin offer which is a rebill. Does FB state in their TOS that they don't allow this?

Yes. It's 100% against their TOS. I agree with tap1on, start with a campaign in a vertical like gaming which FB doesn't have a problem with.

Gaming CPA's are extremely low. I'm not familiar with FB enough to generate CPC's at an extremely low rate which is why I'm looking to start with something with a high CPA. Because then even at $0.50 CPC I can make some $

Also I checked their TOS and didn't see anything against it
