Adware popups + tech support ads?

So I have seen these tech support ads being bought on the popup networks and I was wondering if anyone could talk about how they convert and what kind of CPA's you can get for them? Any networks you recommend for accessing them so you can be certain you will get paid?

I have a lander almost identical to that, has an alarm bell warning sound on it too. Ctr is through the roof but conversions for the software I tried it on were terriable.

I made a killing on them last year with various pay-per-call offers. You need to apply for access to the pay-per-call offers at your CPA network. (These offers are kept separate from the usual web/wap selection.)

I had 100-150% ROI, with big volume over a few months. From what I remember, payouts were around the $10-$14 range.

They're not built to last though. And they are pretty shady.

If you're relying on adware to distribute the ads, you'll need to cloak to keep them live.

I'd bet there's still a ton of money in them, but it's a little too 'blackhat' for my fancy. I don't run them anymore.
