Picking good offers

Hi there,

I am brand new to this forum and very interested in getting started with affiliate marketing.

However, having signed up to F5 I am struggling to pick an offer that looks promising. It all seems to be pretty low quality stuff which is porn or trying to get people to sign up to a crazy expensive SMS subscriptions.

Is this just the kind of offer that is standard, or am I missing something? I want to be able to promote offers that I can see myself have some kind of value, otherwise, what's the point?

Look forward to people's thoughts!

Just talk to your aff manager
He will help you in finding a right offer for your traffic

F5 don't give you an affiliate manager until you start sending traffic :'(

I'm in a similar position as yourself. I personally just dropped them an email to see if there were any offers they could suggest for a noob.

What traffic source are you looking to start out with?

I was able to get an affiliate manager before sending traffic, just email them and let them know you are eager and ready to start testing. I would make sure you fully dive into your traffic source and tracking so that you are ready to hit the ground running.

I would like to use Facebook as a traffic source as it's what I have most experience with. Would value people's thoughts.

I'm in a similar position. Super keen to follow the Mobile Cookbook to the letter, so emailed them for a list of offers by volume. One email actually said "here's your account manager", but when I emailed the guy he told me he wasn't my AM until I started running traffic. Then reached out to 'advisor@f5media.com', but have not heard back.

Bit underwhelmed with their response times so far, probably exacerbated by the fact that I'm in Australian time zone.

Anyway, am puzzled how to select an offer without any data. Any ideas?

One idea is to find offers that work in one area (display ads), but are not promoted on Facebook.

for example: thegabrielmethod.com works well in Display (desktop banners), but is not promoted on Facebook (or I don't see it)
