I would look at the websites that already show up in ads on adwords now. See what they do, they got approved.

However, Adwords is super strict about tech support these days, so it's gonna be an uphill battle to try and get approval.

HyperTarget is not the same company. I just tested the links on offervault and it links to HyperTarget properly. Would you mind sharing where you saw that happen?

You can go to hypertargetmarketing.com and click publishers to sign up.

Nail on the head. The best way to avoid issues with running Tech Support on Google is to not run Tech Support on Google. Even if something is "compliant", it's a huge red flag for them and they will find a reason to suspend eventually.

Most of the traffic for tech support is coming from click bait ads, pops, ppv & redirects. Most ad networks do not like tech support [not just google - but they're quickest on the ban hammer] - it will always be a matter of time before an account goes down so you need to constantly be getting new ones.

My old JV partner who is a media buyer began generating calls for a tech support advertiser on adwords. Was hitting 200-400% roi some days but that came to a screeching halt in June/July of last year. We went to launch a campaign of our own at this time thinking that the road to Rome would be paved with these previous Adwords results. This was not the case. 2 days after getting our campaign live, we got slapped like a screaming 5 year old in Wal-Mart. We were scrambling trying find alternative traffic sources. We were buying some calls from networks but at $20/call with a 60 second IVR, marketing costs became far more expensive than expected. 50 on red was a solid place for a few months. May want to check with them.

Here's what a friend of ours said about the whole shebang:

I received your Google AdWords Assessment Form,or your request for a Consultation about your suspended Google AdWords Account and wanted to get back with you.

As you know Google has decided to make a sweep of the entire Tech Support Industry since mid September 2013.They are still in the process of suspending accounts.

I’ve seen this happen many times before since the summer of 2009. Every few months, Google will go out and sweep through a particular vertical, niche and industry that they feel is ‘high-risk’ and could cause harm to either their Google searchers or to their Google Brand.

Some of the industries I’ve personally seen get hit in the past 4 years include large industries such as:

Affiliate marketers (Make Money Online)
Health and Fitness (Weight Loss)
Supplements
Loan industry
Anti-Virus software companies
Plastic Surgery

Now it is happening in the Tech Support Industry. And based on what we are hearing from Google...

There's not a lot we can do right now to help fix the issues that most Tech Support Companies are having that is causing your account to not be allowed to run on AdWords.

This is an issue of Google making the decision to not allow the Business Model on their AdWords network and it is not an issue of whether or not your website is violating any of their AdWords advertising policies.

I wish I had better news to share with your today if you're in the Tech Support Industry…

However, Google reserves the right to refuse advertising to anyone for any or no reason so
there's not much else we can do at this time.

If I hear more about the situation and if Google's decision changes on the Tech Support Industry, I will keep you updated.
