Most hotels in that area will set you back £250+ a night, so $175 a night is a reasonable price for Airbnb.
If you're happy to travel in from zone 2-3 you can find much cheaper places on AirBNB.
I've got somewhere in Battersea, close to the bridge, for £30 per night.
I'm staying there a few weeks, though - so I was looking for the best deal I could find.
