Problem with updating landing pages on CDN (2)

I'm using Rackspace Cloud Files CDN as it was recommended here on STM.
The problem is that when I update a landing page it takes too long to apply these changes. On normal shared web hosting changes are instant but I've read that on CDN it takes some time. I've made changes 2 hours ago and they're still not updated. 
Are you really using landing pages on CDN? How long do you wait for updating? Isn't it slowing your testing down?
When you first create a container on Rackspace CDN, the default TTL is set to 259200 seconds (3 days). TTL is how often the CDN edge servers will check the container for an update to the file, so if you think you will be making changes to these files you should set your TTL to the lowest value possible - 900 seconds (15 minutes), when creating the container.
Also, when changing a file - you can use the 'Purge' function, which is supposed to remove the copy from the edge servers and replace it with the file from the container.
Another option you can use to make sure your LP changes are available immediately is to upload a new file into the container with your changes, just be sure to change your LP URL in your tracker...
