I'm able to create accounts just fine using chillyh2o's method, but it's been really hit or miss (a lot of miss lately) when I actually enter in my Citi or BofA VCC details. After I enter my VCC details, I get to a password prompt, and then immediately get taken to message that says, "Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account" and they disable my ads account. I've gone through around 15 accounts testing different methods and can't seem to find a repeatable way to get ad accounts.
Anyone have a solution to this?
They no longer accept VCC according to this thread (thread name says it all);

The problem I'm having is using the VCCs during ad account activation. After activation, I'm using VCCs no problem.
Why not buy an account?
If you can use it fine after opening the account then this will be the easiest solution. There are many peeps on WF selling accounts.
You can also use PayPal to open the account and switch over
Yes I've bought PVA, aged, aged PVA FB accounts. Same stuff happens when I try to activate the ad account. I've also purchased accounts that had a previous CC attached to it, and that works just fine.
I haven't tried paypal yet though....
