Affordable / Free spying solutions, anyone know any?

hey hey,

just wondering how everyone is doing their spying.
i am new in the game and i am trying to figure out what my options are in terms of spying as sites such as whatrunswhere and a like are just WAAAAY outta my price league.

any help would be kindly appreciated

Or just the plain old way of getting a VPN and browsing sites manually.

I still do that from time to time to check live ads.
