How do I change offer share % from the default 100 - to have my LPs appear more (5)

Sorry, just woke up and I guess I'm not awake yet. On CPVLab under my campaign via the (offer) section the Share: % is set as 100 by default.
What I mean is that I want to have my two landing pages showing up all the time, without showing the offer LP etc... (until they click through via my LPs obviously).

If you've set the campaign up to use landers, it should always show the lander before the offer. The share %age for offers is for rotating multiple offers.

Have you tested the campaign to see if you're seeing landers first, or if the offer's showing up before landers for some reason?
