Hi fellows,
Even if I am not active on the forum as I have very little time, I do read it whenever I have some free 5 minutes. So even if you don' t know me I might know most of you 
I want to share with you the contact of a very special person, the only person I know that has very deep connections withing Google Adwords policy team members in the US (how many people do you know who hang out with them each week?)
He has helped several clients of mine get their Adwords accounts reinstated, websites un-suspended, bans on business models lifted and so on, and I am talking about shady verticals like PPI, Tech support, etc.
He ain' t cheap, but his knowledge is IMMENSE. He won' t only help you get unbanned, but he will also explain you how to actually STAY IN BUSINESS. Stick with him and Google won' t bother you 
Before you ask I am NOT getting any commission from him, and for some of you this giving his contact is the best thing that will happen to you this year, especially if you rely heavily on Adwords PPC.

Well even If you get a commission, good for you. I mean, if this guy can really get you out of a ban then is a win for everyone.

I am frustrated with people like you, and that's one of the reasons I don't like being active on forums despite my knowledge; whenever I try to share something useful with a community, there is always a hater who needs to show how smart he is to the world, accusing people he does not know of things he can' t prove, based on absolutely random conclusions. The only reason I tell fellow members to mention me, is that he is really hard to join and might even not accept friend requests unless referred. Anyone is free to tell him or not who shared his Skype.
If I wanted anyone to spam him with unfiltered leads, I could just disclose his phone number. Actually I had to ASK FOR PERMISSION FROM HIM to disclose his information here. This is how much of a damn he gives about getting new clients. I am not helping him, I am helping the forum members.
This post is not about how to create new accounts either (by the way your shitty advice will not keep any new account on Google for a long time anyways), but about getting current accounts reinstated - you know, some people value their time, personal integrity and business stability and don' t feel like creating new accounts every couple of weeks, like a desperate guy trying to sneak through the back door into the same club they kicked him from a bit earlier only to get his ass bounced again- and, most important, getting valuable advice and help from a person who actually has contacts within Google, who can actively help you understand what you did wrong, how to fix it, who can actively contact key staff members to give you a hand, and who knows EVERYTHING about Adwords, and about Google in General from the fucking inside.
I decide to share this information as a gift to the forum members (I have not shared this contact anywhere else) and what do I get? An idiotic reply from a douche-bag who thinks is smarter than the rest of the world.
Good luck with your endeavor my friend, this attitude won't get you far anywhere online or in the "real world".

As was mentioned above though, Dathen's business revolves around helping to get accounts/campaigns compliant in order to get things re-instated, not helping folks "sneak through the back door." If you're completely blacklisted, looking to run non-compliant shit, looking for strategies for creating new accounts and all that, you're not going to have much luck there.
I've used Dathen before and he's a really good dude....got my whole site redesigned and approved by google for men's dating advice. He's the real deal.

my point is that adwords is a bunch of self-righteous bastards. their requirements for reinstatement are redicilous. well, they have every right in the world to do business the way they do but that's my opinion.
if you are a "legit" business, adwords may or may not be a good thing for your. they have probably the highest quality of cpc traffic around.
thing is, they absolutely hate affiliates or anything that is bizopp, health etc. so if you're trying to run affiliate stuff on adwords, no amount of "expert counseling" will keep you in for the long run
some adwords reps are really nice, so building a relationship with them can be more helpful than hiring someone.
and no amount of your poor orating skills and childish insults will convince me or anyone else of your good intentions anyways lol
I paid this guy few grand to help unban my tech support campaign. ..about a year ago. Nothing happened.
Let's keep these threads professional, fellas-- nothing wrong with recommending a resource, and nothing wrong with reports based on business done with any resource good or bad, but the thing that makes STM great is the lack of flames, insults, accusations, etc. Let's continue to keep it that way.
