Best place to hire Americans for offline ads

Giving out flyers, posting stickers etc. Preferably in metropolitan areas. Freelancer, oDesk?

Fiverr is the best place imho, i have hired many americans on fiverr and also their children to do promotional videos and things like that. Some are anal asking to sign contracts and some want to some kind of rev share but i ignore them and just go with the ones that are cool. Search for testimonals and oyu will find tons of hot girls and guys and email them all and just don't respond to the ones that ask about a contract or rev share and work with the ones who are willing to do it for $5

Yeah another craigslist vote here too. We did a case study where we handed out email submit flyers outside an NFL game. The "handerouters" were hired from Craigslist.

Thanks guys, I'll check out CL. @Mr Green: any tips for making sure they actually do hand out the flyers? (if you're not on the spot yourself) or just a matter of trust ..
