Anyone running incent traffic?

Hey guys
is anyone running incentive campaigns? and if so can you recommend a few networks?

Are you running incent campaign by any chance? My AM is trying to get me started but I'm never ran that kind of traffic and offers so I was curios to hear things about how many leads (%) are usually accepted, type of offers that work best etc.

I'm not running specific campaigns but using the network's content locker to lock files. Users that want that file will just complete a survey and then you get that lead
I rarely get leads reversed.

Oh ok I see what you were saying now. I was curious about traffic sources that sell incentivized traffic. You buy incentivized traffic? or just regular traffic and monetize it with incentivized offers?

My main traffic comes from SEO and a bit from Youtube.
