PPV Landing Page & CTR on Weight Loss niche

Hi Guys,

I am currently running PPV pop up campaign on traffic vance for weight loss niche, just want get some ideas/input and discussion about this..

Its only day 1, and I know I might not yet have a lot of data to discuss...

landing page is very simple and I have not do any squeeze page/grab email list...its just a button to go directly to the sales page...

I am now using a landing page that is currently being placed directly for the pop traffic, and I am getting around 800 visit, and 54 clicks to the sales page...so its around 6-7% CTR...but no sales conversion yet...is that good or bad? in terms of CPC pricing I am getting around 0.4, since my daily budget, I only set it for $20...

I am using rotating 4 landing pages, and one of the landing page is below:

Do we usually setup another landing page, so from the pop ads, go to landing page, then go to the sales page? would you consider the pop windows as landing page or would you consider that just like a banner?

Any input/comment would be highly appreciated...

I think you'd be better off adding a presales page after your initial 'banner page'. Your first page will be good enough to grab attention, but it won't be sufficient to convince your viewers to buy.

Apart from that, keep in mind that your traffic quality will be quite low so you will need quite a bit more traffic to convert on a high CPA offer (such as diet).

And on top of that the advertiser may or may not be happy with your traffic quality if you are running trials, therefore cut you out once he has rebill data.

Hi Milobanski...

thanks for the input...I am thinking to add another landing/pre-sales page...

I am planning to make a fake news website for that purpose...

meanwhile, I will let the traffic run until weekend and hope for the best for the sales conversion...

btw, what do you mean by low quality traffic? I am targeting using keyword related to the diet/weight loss/fat burning...I think it should be targeted...

You should be good then in terms of quality.
