What PPV networks for EU traffic

Does anybody know any good networks for EU countries. Right now i'm on 5OR and the volume is just to small to scale.
I'm looking for the following countries:
Croatia
Slovenia
Hungary
Norway
Sweden
Denmark
Finland

Thank you for any input.

TV has Norway & Sweden
LI has most of them (but traffic is shit lately)

Those are the main 3 for ppv, other than that you have zeropark but i always classify them as pops not ppv.

Just curious what's the difference from your point of view? I always thought that pops is PPV?

I might be wrong but i always thought that PPV are popups that are triggered by toolbars and other shady stuff and the popups, just popups that get triggered on websites?

ZeroPark is a traffic network where you can bid on traffic from domain redirects.

When I used to do PPV I always had TrafficVance as winner and I am sure their intl traffic rocks too!

PPV is not shady at all - it's adware traffic which is 100% legal and accepted. You're probably mixing it with spyware traffic which is pretty shady!

ZeroPark should have a lot of traffic for these countries, check out their volume stats: https://zeropark.com/volume/.

I've always seen it as PPV being able to target specific urls & keywords (which you can do with TV/LI/50oR), zeropark have a ppv option (not just domain redirects) but their ppv option i just claisfy as pops (like popads/popcash/adcash etc.) because you are basically running RON, then disabling targets/sources that arent converting and unless you do some digging you don't know what urls these are form..

Thats the way i look at it anyway. Depending on what your trying to do, each has their own place.

As fbqueen states TV has long been the best ppv network, but lately most of the ppv i run is on 50oR due to all the Geo's available and the keyword/domain variables that can be passed. Plus 50oR are a bit more flexible with what you can run compared to TV.

I was thinking about signing up, but then I found a lot of negative ratings. Luke King gave it a glowing review, but look at all the comments after his post.

A lot of them are general bitching by noobs, but some of them are cause for concern. I read the reviews on the main ZeroPark STM thread just now and it allayed some of them, but just want to be sure before I jump in.

How many of you have had positive experiences with Zeropark? No horror stories I hope.

I have really good experiences with Zeropark in app installs.
But it takes some time and money to blacklist poor performing websites and make a whitelist of quality site IDs.

Same here, one of my main pop sources, good traffic/great interface!

You should definitely check out our PPV traffic for those geo, as well as our domain traffic as it's of significantly higher quality. PM me if you're interested.

There are some poor reviews floating around as we used to be an open network meaning anyone could sign up.. a lot of newbies expect to make a buck straight off the bat.

We've now separated domain and PPV campaigns as people used to pop in high bids and over pay for our PPV traffic.

Buying PPV from us gives you access to some of the largest PPV sources with which you typically need to sign $5k+ I/Os to even get started -- some of which do not even have a user interface. You can think of ZeroPark as a PPV exchange.

If you're interested shoot me a PM and I'll speed up your approval and assign you an account manager.

Best,
Robert

Are they associated with 50onred? I don't know if its the twitter bootstrap look but they sure look the same.

No, SelfAdvertiser.com is a RevenueHits company.. Nothing to do with 50onred, except that the service is alike.

The UI was built in-house, and its all in-hose technology.
