Voluum and W4 pixel issue

Hi all,

would like to check if any of you managed to successfully integrate the Voluum provided pixel link into w4 platform (non-CAKE)?

I know W4 needs a SSL connection so I have tried to copy both the Post Back URL and the Tracking Pixel URL:

https://12345.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid=xxc1xx
https://12345.voluumtrk.com/conversion.gif?cid=xxc1xx

Neither worked. 12345 is fictitious while xxc1xx is provided for by W4 .

Any thoughts? Thanks.

You have to get your AM to manually place the pixel for you.
