About 20 mins after I left the office last night, we experienced a cluster crash, it's probably the worst thing that can happen as it takes 2-4 hours to rebuild then recalculate all our backed up stats. The system is operational again and working fine. Let me know if you experience any further issues. I've instructed my team to build a new solution to move us away from certain hardware set ups, to avoid this happening again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
