Partnering A Developer, What will you pay?
Currently i have a developer that is developing an adult banner scraper site, with the intention to add many functions, and start selling it. i would think its somewhat similar to Voluum or alexa or similar web. he has offered to work for free in return for a stake of the product.
what will your considerations be?
