You will most likely need to get in touch with the direct advertisers mate or build your own.
You should also specify what type of pin submits ( product : antivirus, sweeps, streaming, ..) and countries, no one has them all

Hey Mehdi yeah i've got some direct advertiser discussions and stuff going already. Just thought someone with nice contacts/their own offers might hang out here too. You never know.
As for geos i run all the pin submits heavy ones eg mx, my, za, nl, au, de, es, it etc... Can run any geo if the offer converts (duh 
). Running mostly whatsapp, antivirus and sweeps/win iphone/shoppingvouchers
Where are you getting the cap from? I'm being capped out around 10k/day
Spread out in different geos and affiliate networks gets me there but it gets tiresome
