Growing Facebook ads accounts... Help me out! :)

Hey guys, I recently started growing Facebook ads accounts for personal use. I know all the basic peaces of this puzzle, but still would love to chat with someone successfully making them
If you don't mind answering publicly, please do, otherwise drop me a PM

How much daily activity do I need? And what activities should be done daily?
How many friends do I add? And should they be somehow connected etc.?
Do I need to fill up profile with work, school etc?
Do I need multiple profile pictures?

And any other tips are greatly appreciated.
