Anyone know any cpi traffic sources that will let you run pin subs on them?

I contacted a couple and couldn't find any that allowed it sometime last year... Not surprising really

a CPI Network (cost per install) will probably not allow this? CPI networks focus on app installs and different forms/methods of app installs

Sounds like a regular ad network then that offers CPI but doesn't 100% specialize in it. For example, tapjoy is a CPI network and they only do CPI and nothing else.

I wouldn't place too much hope on CPI bidding let alone on that in tandem with PIN submits....
