I've been running a lot of mobile DSPs, if you have a lists/references for more, would love to learn of ones that people are testing/using beyond: Decisive, Go2mobi, Adivity, Avazu and SiteScout. I'm looking to expand and grab more traffic for an offer that's working right now.
The other question I have is I'm testing Mobile Pops, Re-Directs. Really I'm not even sure much of the difference in which platforms offer this vs that.

I would not direct link Apps on Pop traffic without running it past my AM. There are a lot of issues atm with networks not paying
If you are only spending $5/day your are either targeting a super small country, or your bid is too low.
Try do a small test with a 0.05 bid and see how fast it spends. Also you can ask the ad networks what bids are taking the top spots.

With pops, once you get going, is there anything on how to optimize? I think Zeno did an adult walk through a while back, perhaps that's really the best guide to work off?
