I'm running currently some large campaigns on different GEO's and receiving tons of various ISPs. Is there any way that I just see the CR for WiFi and the CR for 3G instead of googling each provider and try to find out if it is a regular cable provider?

Ask the network you're using for a mobile carrier report.
Depends on niche but 3G must convert better. Also bidding prices on 3G are higher
