I have worked in the offline business world for most of my life. I recently told a couple of successful business owners I know that I was going into affiliate marketing full time. Once I described to them (i very basic terms) how it works they both asked if I could help put a offer on network. I guess this could also be a exclusive opportunity for people with experience in these verticals.
One of the guys owns a tenant screening service service that is marketed to landlords and they are now expanding their reach to people looking to rent.
The other guy owns a insurance agency but has created insurance for the pet care industry. He has created a new product that he will sell exclusively. He is licensed in 48 of the 50 states. He sales all lines of insurance, but he is the whale industry insurance.
Both of these guys would need help structuring an offer. I hope someone can help me.

Well both are real the guys on the the tenant deal worked on it for over 2 years before they launched and have built and sold several companies. The insurance guy has been at it for 40 years and dominates this niche nationwide.
