Don't do business with twinpine
Whatever you guys do, don't even think about working with Twinpine. They are VERY difficult to deal with.
It's just not worth the stress..
I don't know if it's their culture or they just don't communicate well. They always pass the blame to me and it's ALWAYS their way or the highway. Hundreds of traffic sources out there... I'm just surprised that they do business this way.

First thing you need to know about this managed network is that they don't issue refunds.
Aside from the fact that their system doesn't track website/apps/zones unless you insert codes in your Landing Pages, they also don't listen to the concern of their customers. You'll be beating a dead horse trying to explain your side when almost all networks out there are much easier to talk to.
Ever experience talking to a customer service representative on the phone and all they do is pass you around?
Ever experience getting canned answers while being blamed for why I'm not pleased with their services?
I'm no longer going to expound on this. It's a $500 loss for me.
Write it off and move on. No need to stress with this BS.
Just a word of warning to guys looking into traffic coming from Africa.
Peace out and good luck

Its always good to ask what you experience before i put up my 2 cents , but i had similar experince but from another Nigerian mobi company , but i spoke to there South African office. But the Nigerian affiliate manager got ap shit mad at me when i said sorry about what is going on in Nigeria . And he really did not could help me what to promote in Nigeria aswell, And minimum deposit was also 500 usd on wire transfer.
Well the people who make it in Africa i am happy for them but i agree with you, hard to communicate, even with South African , even do they seamed to be european staff most of them, but sales for each nation was local guys. Before i even started i had some suspecion it will turn out bad cos of the name nigeria just is warning bells sorry, I know i know everything or everyone is not bad from there, but it happen to be a big country 200 m people but a lot of scammers are from there its just facts.

Thanks for sharing your experience Johan.
I'd like to end this thread on a good note.
ZA offers are doing well so I'll leave a tip:
Ask your AM's which carrier/s to target and/or how to do it

Its basics of phising hacking and that doesnt show that twinpine is trying to hack you, again I'm not saying they arent scam but I dont think they tried to phis you.

I was down $500 too, when I signed with these f*ckers several months ago.
Don't touch them. Campaign approvals take up to several days sometimes, every campaign needs a new insertion order, no tracking tokens, everyone is extremely unprofessional, traffic is ridiculously expensive (15 cents for ZA, lol).
And the list goes on and on.
And all they do is broker their inventory from other networks like Smaato and Airpush, which you can get for a fraction of a price, with tokens, and so much more at original sources. How do I know?
They are so dumb, that they actually write the sources on your campaign, when setting up targeting for you.
They are actually considered a premium, fully managed network. The funny thing is that support is worse than in any of the dozen self-serve networks I've signed up for.
Phew, got it off my chest. Wasted a lot of nerves with these guys.
