Exoclick account issue

Gents,

I have decided to finally give adult a try and loaded up my old exoclick account with $200 last night. Today I get this email:

Hello,

As a new client to ExoClick we undertake a number of verification checks to ensure the company and existing clients are not at risk.

We regret to inform you that we were unable to get through this process and your account has been closed. Don't worry, your funds will be returned to you within 1-2 working days!

Please note we do not enter into discussions about the checks we carry out, or what prevented you from working with us.

We do however wish you the best of luck in your future business plans.

I got this same message. I also deposited 200€ on my account about 3 weeks ago, but today I got the email that they are closing the account. Exact same words as you.

Can anyone tell me what this is about?

You can always try Reporo they are offering a self serve platform and have same publishers as Exo

This is not exactly true, both platforms have some publishers that are exclusive to them, exo has way more volume and better targeting. You are right to some extent of course there is some overlap but both platforms are quite different. And it's the same with pretty much all adult traffic sources, some sites are to be found on all of them, but each platform has some that are not anywhere else.

hey matuloo, agree with your point regarding the differing pubs but all the big pubs seem to be on both. Volume wise we just focus on Mobile so getting similar levels of traffic from both networks and there is no difference in targeting (unless I'm mistaken?) between both so certainly worth testing if you don't get approved on Exo.
