How much is a click worth? (8)

How much is a click worth?

I've been running Facebook Ads on a couple of niches (Each conversion is worth ~$10).
I've spent $300 already and haven't made a single conversion. Even if I used very creative images, and limited my audience I could get around $0.8 per click which for me as an affiliate marketer for 5 years is way too high to be profitable.

I'm really curious, what should be the ideal Cost-per-click/Commissions-per-conversion?
Is that a good idea to send the users right on the mechants landing pages or is it a must to have your own?
Also, when targeting people, Do you target per city or per country?
Any tips would be appreciated I feel like I'm quiet lost here.
Thank you

Try to increase your ad CTR and your CPC will drop.

mareki I did. From $2 it dropped to 0.8 but it is still way too expensive.

What's your CTR ? I managed to get mine down to 0.1 when I changed my angle and had even 0.08 CPC but that ad CTR was 10%.

Wow! The best I got was 2.008%
Question, Are you allowed to use women in Ads?

I been paying 0.8 CPC as well but my ad image were well targeted to the ad and CTR was around 2.5% or so but I manage to break even on that one as well.

In order to get 8-10% CTR you have to use images not really related to your offer, e.g - celebrities for example ... And yes you are allowed to use women but make sure not alot of skin is their lol.

8 cents would be the cheapest click we paid. But everything is relative. Our average click cost comes in around $0.20 to $1.20.

It comes down to simple marketing math. I have done some posts about it here.

At the end of the day you need to run some math and make an assumption of conversion rate to be break even to profitable. Then lower the conversion rate the larger the population (number of clicks in our case) you need for statistical relevance and make a true determination.

Hello, baseem.Conversion rate also depends on the offer itself.Choosing a good offer is very important.
