Hi, in one of the arbitrage campaigns which I am running, I notice that there was ZERO conversion in the time span of five hours. The actual time period was Jan 24, which was a Saturday afternoon in my GEO. Comparing this time period with the week before and the hours before and after, I'd say the issue must lie somewhere in the network system. The network is looking into the incident; though I am curious if this also happens to some of you once in a while, and I would love to hear your resolution in similar situations.

Many thanks.
I'd pretty confidently say that it's an issue with the offer or the affiliate network.
Show your stats to your AM. If the issue isn't network wide, then make sure there hasn't been any messing with your pixel.
I wouldn't worry about it, I'm sure the network will fine the issue. They should also reimburse you if they do find the issue on their side.
Most likely just a delay in the postback - it happens all the time on both CAKE and HasOffers. Its not a big deal. Your conversions won't be lost. 99.9% of networks are very good at making sure they capture all conversions.
Another issue to check if you are running PIN submits is ''maintenance'' on carriers in which case the conversions can't be billed
@deondup, I did suspect that it could have been a postback delay, but a ONE WEEK one? I too hope that the network will sort it out especially I brought this up with them already.
Good point on PIN submits maintenance, thanks.
