Just checked and I'm back up.
They were having some trouble yesterday as well. Sent in a support ticket because US States and Canadian provinces weren't available in location choices. Cities would show up as "Chicago, Undefined".
Right now there seems to be a number of instances of the United States in the Planner as well as repeated instances of the same creative size.
