Where is Voluum's Click log?

Hi guys,

I got about 44% click loss yesterday and the network asked me for the "click log". I sent them the exported IP's, Pub Id's, carrier's, etc csv files and sent them but they were not enough.

This is what my AM said:

“Click log” is the call from Voluum to Network's server for every click that was tracked.

It should look something like http://api.[adnetwork].com/track/?guid=433b039e5fa046dcc0b7f92da77ce93c where there’s code recorded in both Voluum & Ad Network's server (that’s how we cross map for discrepancy).
Where can I find this data in Voluum?

That looks like the referrer. You should be able to pull that up with Voluum.

But, if the click loss was cause by your landing pages taking too long to load (what we spoke about last night), it's unlikely the ad network will refund you for that, as they're not the ones at fault.

I know Integrity, thanks for that. I signed up and got Rackspace all set up now. But just *hoping* to get some money back

When I go to "referral" it just shows as "unknown" with number of visits/clicks/etc.

Looking at my other campaigns from other networks, it is also shown as "Unknown"

But under the "Unknown" I can see the link like:

'/track/?guid=433b039e5fa046dcc0b7f92da77ce93c' like they talked about but it only shows as 1 visit?
