Newbie Tracking Question - Testing 3 Networks, only 1 Works (5)

Greetings all,

Hope you can help.

Here is the situation. I'm setting up Voluum via Zeno's video tutorial. Which is awesome btw.

At the testing stage, I enter the Voluum URL into the browser and load the browser. For two of the networks the the browser goes to the affiliate network tracking page, but does not redirect to the GooglePlay app install page. The browser window just remains white.

When I check the report at the two failing networks, nothing shows up.. no clicks at all. The one working network does show clicks.

Any suggestions?

Are you testing the links through the appropriate mobile OS and geo?

mercury, post some screen shots of your Voluum offer, traffic source, and campaign and also the path of the campaign, without any of that data its hard to say what your issue might be. you can black out the tracker or other sensitive data, but we need to see something to troubleshoot. Also where are you copying the Voluum url from? right click the campaign in voluum and then choose copy url? thanks,

Thanks for the quick response. I figured out what I was doing wrong... which was using my desktop without a spoofer to test a mobile offer.
