I'm asking you for the biggest traffic sources (US / UK a.e.) you know except of facebook, adwords, bing where I could make an advertisement in form of like 300x250 and getting really tons of traffic (non adult). Textad + Pic may also work.
I know there are a few lists outside but I don't want to waste time and looking really just 3 - 4 big players.

300x250 will be limited in mobile. Its mostly a tablet ad format and on some WAP sites. If you want a lot of volume on that format you will need to scale to a lot of different networks.
Volume also depends on your offer. Some networks will either not allow your offer or sandbox your campaign.
With that being said...

- DSP's
You can easily spend $5k/day on each of those if you target a few T1 geo's
Nah, I'm looking more for networks like
Content.ad or Clickbooth
Clickbooth is a CPA network
Content.ad is tiny. Definitely cannot be mentioned in the same breath as FB or Google. Not even close.
